We ship our units within the 48 continental United States and Canada. Free shipping applies to the continental United States as well as some items to Canada. We ship all of our units by freight truck.
Most units are sent directly from the manufacturer’s plant. Upon arrival of shipment, all packages must be inspected for damages on site with the trucking company before the unit is signed for. If the package appears to be damaged, please refuse the damaged parts or the entire unit depending on appearance and call our customer service department immediately.
